Job Description

1) Working on leads generated by Tele callers, digital marketing or any other source

2) Meeting with prospective clients, understand his/ her requirement and explained projects

 3) Coordination with other team for site visit of the clients

 4) Target oriented

5) Rich experience in Real Estate field for at least 2-3 years 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborated with business development, marketing, and product departments on the creation of competitive concept proposals.
  • Developed new service offerings based on detailed and documented insights of market and client needs.
  • Managed and maintained a structured analysis of target markets, clients, and documentation in the CRM system.
  • Provided market intelligence and feedback to global and regional teams on the market, industry, and competitors’ developments.
  • Built and maintained relationships with key contacts at potential clients, consulting companies and partners in order to get access to new opportunities.
  • Identifying private/public landlords and retail partners
  • Pitching products and services
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing partners and customers
  • Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Working closely with the Marketing and Services Manager to ensure high level of continuity throughout the core business
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations, tenders and sales displays
  • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
  • Developing sites with suitable grid capacity
  • Negotiating lease agreements and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
  • Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills

  • Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations
  • Attention to detail, commercially orientated
  • Excellent time management, organization and presentation skills
  • Relevant sector experience – commercial property, Hotel industry, fleet sales, PG’s, Guest house etc.
